Allow me to introduce myself.

My name's Russell Westcott. I was born and raised in a small rural Saskatchewan town.
For my first 13 years, I lived with my parents in a mobile home, in a trailer park. (Uh huh. 13 years. Eventually Dad built us a house.)

And from then on, I pretty much followed the script laid out for me and for most people. Go to university, get a job, pay your bills, keep your nose clean, try not to knock into the walls too much...

But then something happened.

I turned 30.

I was working a secure corporate job, with great benefits, a fast company car, and sharing a basement flat with a buddy. Heading...

I had no idea where I was heading.

I am 30 years old, this is the year 2000 ... and  my ladder is leaning against the wrong wall.

One day, to kill time, I switched the TV on, and found myself watching Oprah. She was interviewing this guy called Robert Kiyosaki, who’d just published his first book.

You guessed it. Rich Dad Poor Dad.
That conversation on Oprah changed my life. I bought Rich Dad Poor Dad. 

Devoured it.

Played the Cashflow game. Bought more books and CDs.

Went to conferences. Met the “Canadian Rich Dad” Darren Weeks and Don Campbell.

I was starting to get really excited about this real estate investing thing. Started gearing up to buy my first property.

And then ... I heard someone say this:

"Money is needed to buy Real Estate."

I remember exactly where I was when I heard this fundamental truth of Real Estate investing.

It was another Real Estate Investing educational conference.

When the speaker dropped this massive 'buzz killer' ... you could have heard a pin drop.

I felt like someone had kicked me in the stomach. All the air left my body.

Up to this point, I'd been flying sky high. Getting ready for 'World Domination.' 💪

(If you are feeling the same way, no worries, you are not alone)...

I’ve been there— struggling to build my Real Estate portfolio barely treading water.

Flailing away.

I didn’t have any capital to invest, and when I looked at my bank statements, the most significant number I saw was attached to my Visa (sigh) 😢.

(So I get it – I really do. I know what it feels like.)
Shortly after the silence gripped this conference full of eager, ambitious, driven Real Estate Investors, the presenter empathically proclaimed:

Yes it's true, money is required to buy Real Estate... BUT HERE'S THE GOOD NEWS:

It doesn't have to be your money...

Whew... there's still hope!

Back on track, is how I felt.

(Fast forward: A month later, I'd bought my first property, made a ton of mistakes, had a ton of bad luck. Sold it a years later. But I was off and running. Within 3 years, I had a property portfolio worth over $1 million. IT WAS HAPPENING.)

So after discovering you can acquire Real Estate without using your own money, I was on a QUEST.

A mission to learn from the best of the best, and most importantly, execute everything I was learning.

I worked really hard that first year… crazy hours, all night long after the 'day job' was finished.

I worked more than full time… and at the end of the year… I had started to learn the combination to the vault. I had managed to start building a Real Estate portfolio using other peoples' money.

That might not sound like much of a milestone, since I was working more than full-time hours. But it was an incredible result for me – because I started from scratch.

And I was getting a 'real world' education by doing.

I was learning, networking with key players, and my skills were growing. I was dialling in my process, it was getting tighter, and I'd started to teaching others this process.

Throughout this process of self-discovery and massive action my confidence had taken a quantum leap forward.

I had finally discovered the process to go from zero to 100 kmh.
I’ve now replicated those results over and over again, for myself and thousands of other Real Estate entrepreneurs across the country.

Now I'm taking this to the next level, and I'm continuing my commitment to share everything with you.

I’m not about to promise you will 'get rich quick' and instant success. It took me a long time to get started. And even longer to figure it out.
